One large lot, two houses, but with a twist! The main house is at the back of the lot - a quiet oasis with floor to ceiling windows looking into the large yard. The smaller house is in the front with floor to ceiling windows overlooking it's own large yard.
The main house is thoughtfully laid out to maximize living space and combine form and function. The main floor has a an open living area and kitchen overlooking a patio and private yard. The main floor has a bedroom with a full bath that can be used as a study also. The second floor has a master suite with a stand alone tub and a shower and opens up to a large
patio. A living space connects the master suite with the other bedroom with a full bath.
The ADU has a spacious living space and kitchen with high end appliances and custom cabinets overlooking the large yard and a bedroom with a full bath on the main floor. The entire second floor is the master suite with a stand alone bath tub and a shower and overlooks its own patio.

We at smartDigs are driven by a simple principle - build homes like we are going to live in them... For a very long time.
Our goal is to use green principles wherever possible and use materials and processes that withstand the test of time; Smart Home technologies that connect the homes to the people that live in them, whether they are home or away.
Our focus is on building architecturally significant houses both inside and out to the highest quality standards
All the finishes and fixtures are designed and selected by Frank and Megan at Coxist Studio and bring a cohesion and harmony to the interiors.
The interiors are defined by meticulously designed spaces, spa like bathrooms, sleek European appliances, and eclectic Mid Century Modern inspired, yet contemporary fixtures through out the house. Large floor to ceiling windows connect living spaces to the outside. High ceilings and 8" interior doors open up the rooms.
Spacious second floor patios and ground floor decks for entertaining or just relaxing.
